SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL
  The basis of the research work of the University of Foreign Languages and Professional  Career is the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 408-IV "On Science", the State Program of Education Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2016-2019 (01.03.2016), Kazakhstan The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On commercialization of the results of scientific and scientific and technical activities" dated October 31, 2015 № 381-V, the Law of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 31 October 2018 № 595.
The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan has identified five main areas of scientific research development.The scientific basis of research work at the University of Foreign Languages and Professional  Career is aimed at the idea of "Mangilik Yel".The idea of "Mangilik Yel" considers fundamental and applied research in the field of education, humanities in the XXI century.
One of the most important strategies of the University of Foreign Languages and Professional  Career:

• Integration of science and industry;
• Commercialization of products obtained through intellectual property and technology
• Preparation of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical staff

Research work at the University is discussed at the Academic Council. The Scientific Council focuses on the following issues:

• Implementation of research work in faculties and departments in accordance with the established plan;
• Research projects, reports of research supervisors;
• Publishing articlesabout research in rating journals;
• Professional development and retraining of scientific and pedagogical staff;
• Organization of university participation in funded targeted programs and grants competition;
• Problems of preparation of monographs, textbooks, manuals;
• Preparation of contracts with the Scientific and Technical Center for the use of Thomson Reuters;
• Readiness of undergraduates for scientific training;
• Organization and holding of international, republican and regional scientific conferences, symposia, seminars;
•  High-quality annual student conference;
• Preparation to defend candidate dissertations;
• Organization and conduct of research and training of teaching staff in leading universities and research centers, as well as in Kazakhstan and foreign universities
